Producing food on site, both for ourselves and for our conference customers, is very important to us and this production will be expanded to supply our cafe. We have a large vegetable garden, orchard and cut flowers area. Our bees provide honey and we get free-range eggs from our hens.  Any vegetables we can’t produce ourselves or run out of we buy at Bradshaw’s Farm Shop near Garstang. They stock a wide range of local produce including Pilling potatoes and purple spouting broccoli.

All of our pork, lamb and beef comes from nearby Conder Green farm and most of our dairy products from its neighbour Sellerley farm.

All our food is home made including our biscuits. Other products are bought at our local Booths supermarket.We buy our tea and coffee (Rainforest Alliance) from Atkinsons of Lancaster).
