Forrest Hills is an excellent venue for both indoor and outdoor training and development events and is widely used by nearby Lancaster University, local and national businesses and training and development organisations and individuals. We work closely with management trainers and developers and can offer just the venue or, if required, course design and facilitation too.
In addition to our two lodges, we also have a large open barn area ideal for large groups with its own tea and coffee making facilities. This has been used for many group exercises including silk-screen printing, mask-making, building and climbing crate towers. Over 100 acres of land is also available and has been used for many and varied activities including orienteering, treasure hunts, individual reflective learning exercises, outdoor art, problem-solving activities, explorations of leadership and learning, tree planting and river crossing.
